Sr Product Manager, Corporate Infrastructure Services, IT
Description Corporate Infrastructure Services (CIS) is looking for a Sr Product Manager for driving its meeting experience strategic vision and roadmap. In this role, you'll lead strategic initiatives across global AV systems, unified communications platforms, and workplace technology solutions. This position is inherently cross-functional – you'll collaborate with AV Operations, Engineering, and Technology teams across multiple organizations in an agile environment. The role requires partnership with senior stakeholders across AV Operations, Enterprise Engineering, AV Engineering, and Regional Implementation teams to build scalable enterprise AV solutions. A successful candidate will have experience developing strategic vision for AV/UC systems, presenting to executive leadership, influencing direction across a portfolio of collaboration technologies while maintaining attention to technical details and prioritizing high-impact initiatives. You will earn the confidence of cross-functional partners, leverage data-driven decision making, and identify opportunities to innovate in complex enterprise environments. You'll need to embrace experimentation, learn quickly from setbacks, and iterate to drive continuous improvement. Understanding the implications of technical decisions on both end-user experience and operational sustainability is critical. Key job responsibilities • Partner with Technology teams, Building Infrastructure Engineers, and Technical Project Managers to develop AV standards, system specifications, and acceptance testing criteria. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document the enterprise AV/UC strategy, delivering PRFAQs and 3-year roadmaps addressing user experience, technology evolution, and operational efficiency. Maintain alignment through regular sprint planning with technical and operational teams. • Work across all regions and business units to develop deep understanding of room standardization requirements, compliance needs, and corresponding technical specifications for different meeting space types. • Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Product teams to design scalable AV solutions that balance user requirements, operational sustainability, and technical architecture capabilities. • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring appropriate quality standards are maintained across AV system deployments and integration projects. • Own experience metrics and operational reviews. Analyze system performance, utilization data, and support metrics to identify trends and inform resource planning and technology investments. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
