Qualifications (IC-5)

Demonstrated success as a Principal or Senior Product Manager / Technical Program Leader delivering enterprise-scale initiatives. Deep expertise in Oracle Database, with strong understanding of its role in AI, analytics, and intelligent application architectures. Proven ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous problem spaces, defining strategy and execution without prescriptive direction. Experience leading GTM and technical enablement for complex, multi-product enterprise portfolios, including AI-driven capabilities. Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI and data concepts for technical and non-technical audiences. Recognized ability to influence across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Field organizations without direct authority. BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data platforms, or related technical roles. 10+ years in product management, technical enablement, sales engineering, or comparable customer-facing technical leadership roles. Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts relevant to enterprise platforms, including embeddings, vector search, RAG patterns, and AI governance.
