We are seeking a Sr. Principal (Level 4) Integration & Test Lead to join our talented team. This position is located onsite in Redondo Beach, CA.

This position is contingent upon program award and/or customer funding.

The ideal candidate will lead I&T implementation for capture phase 1B while performing the following tasks:

Defining test framework using automated testingRunning weekly customer facing TEMs to discuss system testing.Leading the development of automated integration/end to end testing in the program CICD Pipeline

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 8 years of experience, a master’s degree in a STEM discipline with 6 years of experience or a PhD with 3 years of experience.Active TS/SCI security clearance at the time of applicationExperience with scripting and doing verification test planning.Experience with developing/maintaining an Integration and Test PlanWorking familiarity with automated testing and ground systems

Preferred Qualifications:

Working level knowledge of Cameo, Gitlab, Python, and LinuxGeneral knowledge of Ground SW Systems and ground segment architecture.Familiarity with other areas of Systems Engineering such as Requirements & Verification.Excellent leadership, interpersonal communications, organizational and professional development/mentoring skills, with the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management

Salary Range: $124,900.00 - $187,300.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
