Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is seeking a Sr Principal Engineer Mission Assurance located in our San Diego, CA Rancho Carmel facility!

Basic Qualifications for the Sr. Principal Engineer Mission Assurance:
Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; Master's Degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
Experience interfacing with suppliers, customers, work associates/teams, and/or management.
Experience with Quality Management System.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
US Citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or a Master's Degree in a STEM related discipline.
Experience with quality engineering, inspection methods, production control, manufacturing operations, product test & evaluation, reliability, root cause analysis, defect analysis, control of nonconforming material, product sell off, shipping and product support as they apply to quality.
PMP certification or experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite skills - Project Management
Experience with FAI (First Article Inspection)
Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification and/or experience to help drive continuous improvement.
CAM/Earned Value certification/experience
Active Secret Clearance.
