Advises and leads on strategy and development of multiple products, applications, and technologies across a portfolioTranslates highly complex technical issues, trends, and approaches to leadership to drive the firm’s innovation and enable leaders to make strategic, well-informed decisions about target state architectureDrives adoption and implementation of technical methods in specialized fields in line with the latest product development methodologiesEstablishes and leads an architecture governance bodyCreates durable, reusable software frameworks that improves velocity and quality of output across teams and functionsChampions the firm’s culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect

 

 Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

 

Formal training or certification on hardware engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience in Control Domain & Control ArchitectureExtensive Experience in large, complex environments/ industries that are heavily regulatedDeep Infrastructure knowledge and knows software frameworks.Extensive knowledge of how to build complex control frameworksPractical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stabilityExpertise in one or more programming language(s), applications, and architecture disciplinesDemonstrated prior experience influencing across functions and teams to deliver modern architectureExperience applying expertise and new methods to determine solutions for complex architecture problems across various technical disciplinesExtensive practical cloud native experienceAbility to evaluate current and emerging technologies to recommend the best technology solutions and approaches to achieve the future state architecturePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

 

Proven track record architecting and delivering complex control systems and frameworksProven track record and deep knowledge of model driven infrastructure, SDN, IaaS, zero-trust networking, domain modeling, etc etc.Meaningful experience and skills working with senior leadership, senior architecture and senior engineering to influence, and ensure the highest quality of design and delivery.
