The Opportunity
QVC Group is looking for a Senior People Systems Analyst to lead the optimization and management of our ServiceNow HR platform, employee and communications portals (Unily), company intranet, and external corporate web pages. In this influential role, you will collaborate across HR, Communications, IT, and business teams to deliver seamless, engaging digital experiences for employees and external audiences. You will report to the Director, Global People Solutions. This is a hybrid role in West Chester, PA.

Be a subject matter expert for ServiceNow HR modules, employee and communications portals, our intranet, and external corporate web pagesLead the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of digital platforms to enhance employee engagement, communication, and self-servicePartner with HR, Communications, IT, and partners to gather requirements, design solutions, and achieve projects that improve user experience and operational efficiencyEnsure the integrity, accessibility, and compliance of all digital platformsDrive process improvement and automation initiatives, leveraging ServiceNow and portal capabilitiesProvide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, modeling QVC's "Build the Team" competencyStay current on digital workplace and HR technology trends, recommending innovations that align with QVC's strategic goalsWhat You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience supporting HR systems, portals, intranets, or corporate web pages, with expertise in ServiceNow HR Service DeliveryExperience managing employee and communications portals, intranets, and external corporate sitesAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence partnersDemonstrated leadership behaviors: adaptability, accountability, inclusivity, and a focus on resultsExperience in a retail, e-commerce, or media environmentRemote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
