As our P&C Operations Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for in-house payroll operations in Poland supporting payroll and data accuracy across the wider CEE region. You’ll handle key HR admin tasks - from onboarding and offboarding to maintaining employee records, managing absences, and ensuring our HR systems (Workday) stay tidy and up to date. However, the key responsibilities will be in-house payroll (including B2B).

What you’ll do
Coordinate payroll processes for Poland (including B2B), ensuring accuracy and local compliance.Manage HR administration from payroll perspective: onboarding, offboarding, absence tracking, documentation, and HRIS (Workday) updates.Supporting contractor’s administrative processes, like accesses, contract preparation, and workday HR system dataManaging multiple and ad hoc requests on time with accuracy (we work with Service Now ticketing tool)Assist with HR Ops agenda for PolandMaintain employee data with precision and care.Support HR lifecycle processes and partner with Finance, auditors, and local authorities.Identify opportunities to streamline operations and contribute to continuous improvement projects.Contributing to key HR initiatives and projectsWhat we need to see from you
Solid strong experience in in-house payroll, ideally in a digital environment.Strong knowledge of Polish labor lawHigh integrity and discretion with sensitive data.Administrative and process orientation, accuracy, and attention to detail in payroll environmentAbility to set priorities and manage time in a fast-paced changing environment with a “can do” approach to tasks. Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with excellent Excel skills.Fluent language skills both written and verbal in Polish and English required A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for improving processes.A team player who can work in a matrix environment You need to be able to work within a remote team. Your leader and team members are spread around various countries.
