Coordinate with all departments within the company for all offshore-related scope of the project.  Assist OCM in preparing requirement and technical evaluation of offshore materials and expedite the delivery, receipt at stores and approval of MRV of these materials.  Assist CM in providing input for weekly and monthly report and attend meetings with client. Assist OCM in liaising with third party agency on offshore execution related issues.  Assist OCM in Liaising with marine warranty surveyors on all issues related to marine / construction aspects of the work such as document review, approval, attendance during load-out, towing and offshore installation. Attend weekly meetings with VPOO / OCM /OCD to discuss progress and areas of concern. Insure implementation of the project safety plan and the company HSEMS. Insure and enhance quality of the work. Participate in project quality audits and follow-up for closeout of inadequacies as determined by the audit findings. Initiate the variation orders /claims related to offshore work. Compile the technical input (procedures / engineering documents), and assist CM in assigning offshore durations.  Prepare mobilization plans, and attend mobilization meetings. Coordinate with, OPE, Barge Superintends, and Field Engineers to ensure that mobilization is through and complete. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Preferably in Mechanical, Civil or Naval. 6 years’ experience in offshore construction. Good negotiation and decision-making skills. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
