Core ResponsibilitiesNetwork Maintenance & Repair:Handle equipment such as MSNs, SIADs, Microwave systems, and NTEs.

Remote Troubleshooting:Analyze and resolve network issues remotely using trouble tickets, calls, and emails. Perfrom detailed analysis and defining the necessary steps for restoration or issue resolution

Collaboration:Coordinate with internal teams, Local Exchange Carriers, and vendors.Key Technologies & Protocols:Devices: Cisco, Nokia, Juniper, VyattaProtocols: OSPF, BGP, HSRP, VRRP, BFD, static routing (IPv4/IPv6)Troubleshooting Areas:Layer 1: Cables, SFPs, CardsLayer 2: VLAN down, ARP issuesLayer 3: Packet loss, multicast, broadcast, unicastCommon Issues:Cable and hardware faults, VLAN and ARP problems, packet loss, multicast, broadcast, and unicast issues.Qualifications & Skills

Strong communication skills in English.

CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge.Basic Unix understanding.Knowledge of RF transmission and radio systems.Technical education or related experience preferred.Work EnvironmentWorking Hours: 05:00 – 16:00 local time (EMEA)Work Location: Flex worker (1-3 days in Brno office).Compensation: Salary starting from 90,000 CZKgross monthly.
