**Position Summary**
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Senior Product Manager to join the Signify Health team to help realize the product vision to help move care homeward for all. This role will lead the data strategy for our data warehouse, focusing on platform and self-service capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our data infrastructure, ensuring that our data warehouse effectively supports the analytical and operational needs of the organization. This role requires exceptional collaboration skills, as the Senior Product Manager will work intimately with cross-functional teams including data engineering, software engineering teams, business intelligence, and various business stakeholders. This collaboration will be crucial for translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and user-friendly data solutions that unlock new insights and drive business growth.
This role will report to our Ld. Director, Digital Product, within the technology organization.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Minimum of 8 years professional experience including 6 or more years in product management, with a significant focus on data products or platforms.
+ Proven experience in defining and executing data strategy
+ Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, including data modeling, schema design, and data governance.
+ Expertise in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data integration.
+ Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Innate curiosity, almost obsessively so, with a passion to share knowledge and challenge the status quo to uncover creative solutions.
+ Skills to build a case around data and use it to explain the degree of a problem and to make strategic product decisions. When such data isn’t available, you lead the charge on gathering it.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Prior healthcare technology experience
+ Familiarity with healthcare interoperability, standard data exchange formats such as HL7, FHIR, C-CDA
+ Snowflake experience
+ AI/ML experience, experience leveraging AI tools for automation (Cursor)
**Education**
+ Bachelor's Degree Required, Masters degree preferred
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$118,450.00 - $236,900.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
