Position Summary
This position will oversee operational and regulatory report development and data analysis within the Duals Center of Excellence Market Enablement team. This team oversees the day-to-day operations of our integrated Medicare/Medicaid plans.
Core responsibilities include:
Management of a team of report developers and data analysts who are building a reporting suite through SQL, SSRS, and Power BI.
Oversight of operational/regulatory reporting and coordination
Act as a lead decision maker for reporting inventory optimization
Coordination with key stakeholders and business leads to ensure accurate requirements and obtain business approvals
Collaborate with database design teams to ensure standardization across datasets and reports
Assist in the development of State and CMS audit universes and coordinate business reviews/approvals.
Review and report KPI and productivity metrics with leadership on a monthly basis (and as needed)
Required Qualifications
Team management/team lead/direct supervisory experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server
More than 3 years of expertise in Microsoft SSRS and Power BI reporting platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Managed care and/or health care experience (Medicare/Medicaid)
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$75,400.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
