HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE…You will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and performance of our Snack’s Supply Chain organization. By delivering insightful analysis, driving financial planning processes, and supporting strategic initiatives, you’ll help optimize costs and enhance operational efficiency across the division. Your work will directly influence leadership decisions and contribute to our long-term success.WHAT YOU WILL DO…Lead monthly closing, consolidation, and reporting of COPS financial results, projections, and metricsDevelop and present monthly COPS financial materials to senior leadershipManage deliverables for Integrated Business Planning, including Strategic Planning, Annual Operating Plans, and monthly forecastsProvide actionable insights to Supply Chain and Finance leadershipSupport strategic financial analysis for large-scale Supply Chain projectsIdentify and recommend network and sourcing optimization opportunitiesContribute to Design to Value (DTV) initiatives to support long-term margin goalsDrive continuous improvement and process enhancementsSupport investment decisions for corporate-led Supply Chain initiativesOversee data and metrics for Enterprise Supply Chain finance scorecardsAdvance dashboard and data visualization capabilities for the SC finance teamLead and support ad hoc and special projects as neededWHO YOU WILL WORK WITH…Director, Supply Chain Finance Snack’s FP&A (your direct report)AVP SC Financial Planning & AnalysisAVP SC CategoriesCategory Finance teamsSnack’s Category Leadership TeamsSenior leaders across Supply Chain and Finance functionsWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE… (MUST HAVE)Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field5+ years of finance experience, preferably in CPG and Supply Chain FinanceStrong understanding of financial statements and consolidation processesAdvanced analytical skills and business acumenProficiency in MS Excel and PowerPointExperience with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlinesStrong communication and collaboration skillsExecutive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholdersIT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE)MBA and/or CPA certificationExperience with SAP and EPM systemsProven ability to design and implement financial reporting improvementsExperience working in a Fortune 500 matrixed environmentStrategic mindset with a track record of delivering high-impact recommendations

Working Conditions:Hybrid role based in Camden, NJ (3 days/week onsite)Travel required (10–15%) for meetings, training, and business needs
Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$137,800-$198,100
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
