Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on design thinking and full stack development ( Java, React, and AWS)Experience leading teams of technologists, with the ability to actively contribute to complex technical solutions while guiding team members through best practices and architectural decisionsAbility to guide and coach teams on approach to achieve goals aligned against a set of strategic initiativesProven track record of driving innovation and delivering impactful technology solutionsExperience with hiring, developing, and recognizing talentIn-depth knowledge of the services industry and their IT systemsPractical cloud native experienceAdvanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and SecurityExperience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and expertise in technology disciplines
