As a Senior Software Engineering Manager at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer & Community Banking on the Partner Channel team within Connected Commerce, you will be responsible for developing high-quality code and building solutions that enhance partner experiences and expand our customer value proposition. Your expertise in application design, solutions architecting, development, and testing will be utilized to set strategic technical direction and solve complex problems. Leading engineering team, you will ensure the delivery of business, product, and technology-promote initiatives, while also building proof-of-concept & simulation applications to validate partner solutions. Your role will be pivotal in aligning business strategy with technical execution, ensuring partner initiatives comply with firm-wide risk & architecture guidelines.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on technology project management concepts and 5+ years applied experience. In addition, 2+ years of experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise.BS in Computer Science / Engineering or a similar technical degreeProficiency in multiple modern programming languages in particular, the Java/J2EE stackExperience with building APIs - RESTful APIs, Spring BootWorking knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, NoSQLStrong coding fundamentals – Algorithms & Data StructuresPassion for automating & excelling at identifying gaps in processesAdvanced knowledge of architecture & application design processes.
