Position Summary

LOB DEX PARTNER 

Strategic, cross functional role by driving excellence, best practices, and continuous improvement. End to End exposure to delivery processes, governance frameworks & organizational levers Good analytical, operational & leadership capabilities Sharp business acumen Job Responsibilities

As an experienced DEx Partner, you should be able enable value creation for the Axtria Line of Business. Your key responsibilities will include:

Envisioning the delivery excellence requirements for the assigned Line of Business, co-create Delivery Excellence charter elements aligning to business needs Marshalling expertise within the delivery teams to author best-in-class delivery processes Incubate industry best practices and tools usage for effective product delivery and project management Implement CRISP’R practices for better, faster, and cost-effective deliveries Govern risks and escalations for early response planning & mitigation effectiveness Generate deep insights into project performance through measurable KPIs, SLAs and alert Axtria leadership on deviations Perform process and release audits to provide early indicators on overall contractual commitments Design and implement innovative Delivery Excellence campaigns, trainings for scalable implementation of processes Implement Continual Service Improvement (CSI) projects to create value for Axtria’s customers. Analyze Delivery Performance using Delivery Health Scorecards & create meaningful insights which results in improvement. Act as catalyst towards cultural change for developing passion for Customer centricity & inclination towards processes. Previous experience or exposure to Business Excellence or Delivery assurance role is preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree/ Master’s degree (M.Tech, MBA) Work-ex: 10-15 years of Hands-on experience in process authoring, process implementation and audits

 

Must have skills & competencies:

Technical:

Hands on experience in implementing best-in-class frameworks / models like ISO 9000, CMMI DEV, ITIL V3 or ITIL 4 Product Mindset - Experience in agile methodology-based product development. Able to define agile ways of working and coach teams to implement Agile practices Task Management – Have team management experience and should be able to plan tasks, discuss and work on priorities Proficient in MS Office (Presentation, Excel, and Word) Exposure to Lean Six Sigma concepts is desirable

Behavioural: 

Coach / Facilitator – experience in coaching and facilitating projects teams to imbibe best practices and derive outstanding results Communication – Able to convey ideas and information clearly and accurately to self or others whether in writing or verbal

 

Good to have skills & competencies:​​​​​​​

Technical:

Knowledge of tools like Digite, JIRA, ServiceNow, MS Project etc. will be an added advantage
