Sr Manager, Finance Operations

And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** This Senior Manager Finance Operations position leads part of a newly established team – overseeing the day to day activities associated to the timely and comprehensive collection of funds from pharmaceutical manufacturers on certain pharmacy claims billed to Medicare, all while minimizing our cost to collect. The Sr. Manager contributes to fostering a strong culture of employee engagement and compliance. The Sr. Manager contributes to driving efficient operations, continuous improvement, and short and long term strategy development and execution. This position will lead a team of Analysts who will collectively ensure accurate posting of AR and efficient and comprehensive collections with swift identification of exceptions and decisive actions to drive collections and achieve our KPIs. **What you will do** + Oversee day to day AR management operations for a portion of the total portfolio, including accurate recording and posting of AR, ensuring timely and comprehensive collections, driving efficient and timely payment posting, and ensuring swift identification of exceptions while driving the best actions for resolution. + Contribute to the development of strategies to optimize performance and financial outcomes. + Contribute to establishing an engaging culture that fosters creativity and innovation and drives continuous improvement. + Interview, hire, and develop talent; provide guidance and coaching; foster a high-performance culture. + Oversee ongoing training to ensure all team members are fully versed and compliant within their respective roles. **Required Qualifications** + Minimum 7 years related work experience. + Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills. + Adept at business intelligence. + Adept at collaboration and teamwork. + Mastery of problem solving and decision-making skills. + Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills. **Preferred Qualifications** + Healthcare/pharmacy industry experience and knowledge of pharmaceutical products. + Experience with collections, cash reconciliation, and issue resolution and/or settlement negotiation. + Experience driving continuous improvement in a complex environment. **Education** Bachelor degree OR equivalent experience. **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $82,940.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
