About the job
The Customer Intelligence Division is looking for a Senior Manager to lead a marketing technology business advisory team. Our team is responsible for driving adoption and helping enterprises meet their business goals using our industry-leading customer engagement martech platform.
In this role you will lead a regional team with global reach, helping organizations with their marketing AI, content personalization, business processes and segmentation strategies. Working with large enterprises across multiple industries you will be exposed a wide range of opportunities to provide insights to marketing organizations and help them reach best in class.

As a Senior Manager Martech Business Consulting, you will:
Develop and implement business plans to co-ordinate customer adoption of a data-driven, SaaS marketing platform. Work with essential business partners internal and external for development of consulting practices aligned to industry verticals, using best practices and industry standardsConsult with clients to understand their marketing needs and recommend solutionsDefine and oversee the practice objectives and the acquisition/development of resources including innovation of new adoption methodologies to support the launch of new productsProvide leadership and management of the marketing advisory practice that includes the following areas: marketing analytics, marketing decisioning, marketing automation and campaign management, management consulting. Define, create and maintain data-driven marketing recommendations and practices that support high quality of solutions and adoption for our clients.Thought leader in data-driven marketing technologies and processes. Required qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing or Analytics or similar fieldMinimum 12 years of experience in the design and use of data-driven marketing systems, and managing large projects and programming teams. Three years of direct customer experience. Experience designing/building marketing systems and in at least one vertical industry. Five years of experience in a leadership role including two years in a formal management role. Proven experience with data-driven marketing platforms (e.g., SAS, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).Proven communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated experience applying marketing data solutions in one or more of the following industries: financial services, retail, or telecommunications.Experience defining organizational practices to leverage omni-channel data to improve customer engagement, loyalty programs, and sales performance.Familiarity with industry-specific data sources, regulatory requirements, and business processes relevant to marketing analytics in financial services, retail, or telecommunications

Experience working in a SaaS or software vendor environment.
