Job Description
Leads and performs maintenance of facilities and equipment to maximize Operations performance. Prioritizes and coordinates work assignments for Senior Maintenance Technicians/Maintenance Technicians to ensure critical work assignments are completed correctly and on a timely basis. Coaches Senior Maintenance Technicians/Maintenance Technicians through orientation, training, establishment of objectives, and communication of good maintenance practices.

Work Environment
Technicians will be in charge of equipment such as mechanical and electrical equipment and components, 3 phase motors (480v), integrated systems with PLCs, Allen Bradley PLCs, high-speed automated sorting machines, VFDs, photo eyes, sensors, robotic equipment, gantry cranes, and 30 miles of conveyors, 4 sorters, and 12 cranes. The role involves PLC PM programs and updating computer status using TMI Systems (software).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65582.00 - $100235.00/yr.
