As a Senior Vice President Engineering Lead in the Markets CRM team, you will architect and deliver technology solutions that empower our Markets business. You will guide a global team, ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, and innovative. You will play a hands-on role in technical leadership, fostering a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement. Your work will directly impact our business and client experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and delivery of the Markets CRM platformSet technical direction and drive architectural decisionsOversee execution of software solutions and continuous improvement initiativesProduce and review architecture and design artifacts for distributed applicationsGuide teams in building and supporting front-end and back-end servicesEnsure creation of secure, high-quality production codeDrive adoption of modern front-end and cloud-native technologiesChampion agile methodologies and secure development practicesFacilitate technical analysis, estimation, planning, and code reviewsLead efforts to analyze and synthesize large data sets for improvementBuild and nurture a high-performing, diverse engineering teamRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldFormal training or certification in software engineering conceptsHands-on experience as a developer and technical leader in large corporate environmentsExpertise in Java fundamentals, object-oriented programming, multi-threading, messaging technologies, and computer networksExperience building high-performance, latency-sensitive Java applicationsSolid understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security best practicesExperience developing, debugging, and maintaining code using modern programming and database querying languagesKnowledge of cloud, AI/ML, and mobile software applications and technical processesExperience maintaining and troubleshooting software in Linux environments; familiarity with containers and cloud architectures/servicesStrong interpersonal and communication skills with experience working in global teamsCommitment to continuous learning and improvementPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
