 As a Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the enterprise Printing Technology team, you exhibit both depth and breadth of knowledge regarding software, applications, and technical processes across multiple technical disciplines. You also have a specialization in a specific domain within infrastructure engineering to drive programs or initiatives consisting of multiple technologies and applications. 

 

Job responsibilities

 

Leads and manages the enterprise infrastructure of Branch banking network printers, faxes and scanners ensuring applications meet performance, security and reliability standardsDevelops and maintains a product roadmap ensuring alignment with strategic objectivesLeads product planning and review sessions ensuring clear communication of product vision and progressOversees the lifecycle of windows applications, patches and enhancementsin collaboration with development and operation teamsProvides technical support and guidance to users and internal teamsDesigns, implements and maintains windows based systems and infrastructurePerforms system administration tasks including configuration, monitoring and trouble-shootingDevelops automation scripts using Powershell to streamline processes and improve efficiencyStays updated with the latest windows technologies and industry trends to recommend improvementsServes in a leadership role for multiple technical teams and collaborates with others within the functionContributes to decisions that influence staffing, budget and relevant profit and loss

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

 

Formal training or certification on infastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experienceExperience in managing complex enterprise printing infrastructuresExperience deploying software and patches in highly regulated environmentsProefficient in (Powershell, Java,  APi's, SDLC, pipelines, GIT and Agile methdology)Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and other Windows Networking Services Knowledgable of virtualization technologies, cloud platforms, hybrid environments and security best practicesExperience managing vendor relationships and budgetStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data driven decisionsExcellent communication and relationship building skills in collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to guide and coach teams on approach to achieve goals aligned to strategic initiativesStrategy and planning experience
