JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the implementation of Smartsheet across multiple industries and client use cases. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, design and implement solutions, and drive customer success by enhancing the value derived from the platform. Your expertise will guide customers through scalable, efficient solutions, while mentoring teams and ensuring continuous adoption and growth.
Responsibilities:Lead 12-15 concurrent engagements to implement Smartsheet for a variety of clients, ensuring maximum value from the platform.
Collaborate with customer stakeholders to manage timelines, scope, and change requests.
Design, demonstrate, and build Smartsheet solutions that align with new and existing business needs.
Maintain deep technical knowledge of Smartsheet and its premium products.
Identify opportunities for product and service expansion with customers.
Act as an advisor on best practices and capabilities of Smartsheet across industries.
Meet or exceed key performance indicator (KPI) targets.
Implement packaged solutions from the Services Catalog efficiently.
Recommend scalable solutions to propel the customer along their Customer Journey.
Act as a mentor to foster team growth and improve customer adoption.
Manage customer relationships, overcoming potential blockers proactively.
Continuously refine soft skills and leadership techniques in customer engagement.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum 3-5 years).
Hands-on experience in the configuration, customization, and implementation of SaaS applications.
Strong Project Management skills: timeline management, scope management, and execution.
Proficiency in spreadsheet formulas (Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet) and logic.
Experience collaborating with customers to translate business requirements into SaaS-based solutions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven experience in problem solving and risk resolution.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player with the ability to meet deadlines and foster collaboration.
Strong relationship-building skills, able to communicate effectively and manage customer expectations.
Passion for working with web-based technologies, with an in-depth understanding of Smartsheet's benefits and use cases.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adjusting quickly between clients and use cases.
Experience with business process optimization.
Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and/or software development lifecycle.
Experience in Management or Technology Consulting.
