**Job Title** Sr Global Director, SPO **Job Description Summary** Oversees a large portfolio or global portfolio comprised of multiple regions in the operational directive of an advanced SPO Director. **Job Description** + 'Proven experience as an SPO Director or equivalent role + Experience in global or multiple region application of SPO services. + Experience in development of best practices, innovations, and playbooks which support the SPO platform + Highly skilled in training, transitions, development of new programmatic methods, complex client change management or complex delivery of services. + Must possess strong working knowledge of all GOS service areas to support an Enterprise level account + Complex Problem Solving where problems are unclearly defined and sufficient information may not be available requiring conceptual thinking, Functional Strategy, Leads Project Teams, Operates across multiple service lines and/or regions + Manages Staff related to design, occupancy, move management, and spatial data functions.
