This dynamic role in a high-energy, team focused environment will provide the opportunity to be involved in every stage of a commercial real estate transaction including investment analysis/underwriting, property tours, market research, client meetings, and the production of pitch/offering materials. What You’ll Do: •Responsible for complex financial modeling of commercial real estate transactions •Generate and review financial model packages for accuracy. •Prepare offering materials and submissions including in-depth market analysis, granular operational performance review, and extensive property due diligence. •Effectively communicate and manage deadlines •Respond to and resolve complex issues and requests from multifamily team and clients regarding various financial questions and reports. •Facilitate the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and metrics. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. + Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Advanced Excel skills including experience with financial databases, and valuation models preferred. + Experience with real estate valuation software including Argus or RedIQ is a plus. + Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. + Experience in a financial analysis role preferably in the commercial real estate industry. Ideally, candidate has worked in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and/or asset management. Additional experience with property management, architecture, accounting, marketing, and marketing analytics is a plus. + Ability to analyze quantitative information and present it graphically. + Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication skills; able to work with top level executives. + Self-motivation, inquisitive, analytical, team-oriented, communicative, creative, solution-oriented, client-centric, and versatile. + Desire to grow within a strong team environment and develop peers while working towards same goal. The minimum salary for theSr Finance Analystposition is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr Finance Analyst position is $72,000 annually.
