Key responsibilities:
To ensure GMP compliance on shop floor. To follow SOPs, policies and perform tasks as per SOPs. To perform investigation along with CFT to identify the root cause. To prepare investigation report for OOS, OOT, product quality complaints and unplanned deviations related to manufacturing, packing and labeling. To prepare SOPs related to production and packing department. To initiate change controls, temporary change control, CAPA, planned deviations and unplanned deviations related to production department. Preparation of protocol and report related to production department. To develop skills in subordinates by motivation and on the job training. To aware the concern persons about the findings of investigations related to OOS, OOT, PQC and UPD. To coordinate with internal and external auditor along with CFT and provide compliance of observations. To ensure timely closure of QMS records related to production department.
