AWS is seeking a talented sales and business development leader specializing in Database solutions for enterprise customers across France. Key job responsibilities - Drive adoption of AWS Database services portfolio - Execute database modernization initiatives, focusing on: RDS (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL), Amazon Aurora, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, Neptune - Develop compelling business cases for database transformation - Work with customers to identify and implement modernization opportunities - Partner with AWS teams to deliver successful customer outcomes - Support database migration projects and proof-of-concepts Impact and Scope: - Drive database transformation projects - Support multi-million dollar opportunities - Provide customer feedback to product teams - Contribute to regional About the team Diverse Experiences AWS values diverse experiences. Basic Qualifications - 10+ years of enterprise database sales experience, with proven track record in Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL environments - Strong understanding of database architectures and modernization patterns - Experience selling database solutions to enterprise customers - Background in database licensing and TCO analysis - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field - Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken - - 10+ years of enterprise database sales experience, with proven track record in Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL environments - - Strong understanding of database architectures and modernization patterns - - Experience selling database solutions to enterprise customers - - Background in database licensing and TCO analysis - - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field - - Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree in technical or business field - Technical expertise in: Oracle Database environments, Microsoft SQL Server, Open-source databases, NoSQL technologies - Experience with AWS migration tools (DMS, SCT) - Understanding of database performance optimization - Knowledge of compliance requirements - Track record of $20M+ annual revenue generation - The ideal candidate will: - Have solid enterprise database sales experience - Possess strong technical knowledge of database technologies - Excel at customer engagement across technical and business stakeholders - Demonstrate ability to drive complex sales cycles - Show consistent achievement of sales targets Amazon est un employeur engagé pour l'égalité des chances.
