Major Activities
Build extremely efficient and reliable data pipelines for training examples generation and real-time online training, etc.Design and build data transformations efficiently and reliably for different purposes (e.g. reporting, growth analysis, multi-dimensional analysis)Design and implement reliable, scalable, robust and extensible big data systems that support core products and businessEnhance applications by identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendationsManage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverablesWork with teams to implement data solutionsDesign architectures, breaking down tasks, and reviewing codeInvestigate and use new technologies where relevantOther duties as assigned
Minimum Education
Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical fieldMinimum Special Certifications or Technical Skills
Experience building and maintaining data pipelines (e.g. Airflow, Prefect, Luigi, Kafka)Fluency in SQL, Python, ScalaExperience with project build with CI/CD pipelines through JenkinsExperience with Linux, Docker, and Cloud technologies and data systems architectureMinimum Type of Experience the Job Requires
5+ years hand on software development experience, preferable in an industry data-oriented role (Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, etc.)Other
