Strategically analyze benefit plan data from diverse sources using advanced predictive modeling, statistics, and trend analysis, thereby supporting and driving informed decision-making and optimizing benefit plan performance.
**What you’ll do:**
+ Use your knowledge of health plan warehouses to research and find insights.
+ Partner with strategy teams to support business cases for health plan data using dashboards and scorecards
+ Gather, analyze, and interpret diverse data sets to solve business problems, predict behaviors, identify relationships, and trigger points.
+ Use advanced statistical methods to identify data variances and traditional modeling techniques to support leadership decision making
+ Create complex models and develop dashboards to educate business on patterns and relationships, and make recommendations to benefit plans’ directions or outcomes
**What you’ll need:**
+ Experience working in Benefits Data Warehouses
+ Experience building dashboards/score cards (Power BI, Tableau)
+ Guide others in applying advanced principles and benefit plan practices.
+ Comfortable working in ambiguity.
+ Understanding of claims data, including grouper methodology, risk scores, and utilization information
+ Experience with HIPAA controls.

**What you’ll bring**
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits plan analysis
+ Bachelor’s degree in data science, math, Actuarial Science, statistics, engineering, or physics
Our **Senior Data Analyst-Benefits Plans** earns between $118,800 - $178,200 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
