Sr Contract Analyst is responsible for creating and reviewing contract proposals for IDN and GPO representing major and larger hospital networks, ensuring compliance within company terms and conditions and pricing guidelines for customer instrument, consumables and service contracts. This role interacts with Leadership team, Field Sales, HSE (Healthcare Sales Executives) and peers on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work across and outside the organization. This position reports to the Pricing Manager and is part of the Bids and Quotes Team and is part of the Finance Department located onsite in Brea, CA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Establish special pricing agreements per GPO and IDN contracts as instructed by Pricing Manager. Oversee master GPO/IDN price files in Axapta/CPQ and update approved price files as necessary in coordination with assigned HSE. + Advise sales on objection handling techniques, alternative contract options, and/or value propositioning to help drive deal closures. + Advocate & partner to internal organizations to understand complex sales issues + Build strong partnerships with cross functional peers and superiors to ensure overall streamlined process and champion contract policy and procedure revisions. The essential requirements of the job include : + Demonstrated ability to read and understand terms and conditions of a contract required for proper administration and compliance + Ability to use experience to develop concepts and techniques that allow others to complete activities in creative and efficient ways + Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of experience required. + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel T ravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: + Travel 5%-10% It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + Negotiations skills are desired + Preferred experience in Finance and/or Accounting and a background with contracts + Experience with ERP and CRM systems + Paralegal skills are a plus + PROS Smart CPQ experience is a plus Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. The annual salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 annually. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
