Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Compliance/Supervision Consultant to join their team. As a Compliance/Supervision Consultant, you will be part of the Compliance Department supporting the Marketing Materials Compliance team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Compliance/Supervision Consultant
**Location:** Meridian, ID (Remote work is available)
**Pay Range: $35-$36**
**Shift: 25 hours a week,** Monday-Friday, with flexibility for a 4-day workweek
**What's the Job?**
+ Assist the Marketing Materials Compliance team with operational tasks and change management support for key marketing technology initiatives
+ Support documentation, communication, and work across various NM applications
+ Contribute to project outcomes through diligent task management and compliance oversight
+ Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure compliance standards are maintained
+ Support data analysis and reporting, including experience with Power BI is a plus
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance or marketing roles
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field
+ Relevant credentials such as 100000, 100003, 100004, 100006, 100038
+ Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills
