CBRE GWS delivers consistent, measurably superior outcomes for our clients at every stage of the lifecycle, and across industries and geographies. **About the role** As a CBRE Commissioning Sr. Analyst, you will oversee commissioning projects and direct and coordinate the commissioning process from concept design, functional testing of systems, and post occupancy verification. They are responsible for specialist building services including surveying, inspections, and planning. This is an onsite role Monday-Friday in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. **What you’ll do** + Oversee the commissioning process for building systems. This includes HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Controls, and Low Voltage. + Reviews construction-related design documents, designs, submittals, specifications and O&Ms for approval. Write custom checklists and detailed testing procedures. + Inspects installation in the field and witness functional testing on site. + Facilitates O&M staff training sessions. + Deliver building commissioning services for a small to large projects. + Review, and develop construction project-related reports and deliverable documentation for review and approval. + Performs on-site observations, inspection, testing, validation, and verification of building systems. + Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement. + Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team. + Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. **What you’ll need** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + LEED AP, BCA ACP, OSHA 10-hour Construction Safety certification preferred. + Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. + Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
