As a Sr Business Dev Manager, you responsible for developing our OEM out businesses and drive commercial excellence, and contribute to our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. This role provides an opportunity to develop competencies in business development, commercial operations, and financial management while working across functional areas and regions. You'll collaborate with teams, implement effective solutions, and support business growth through business leadership and operational excellence. REQUIREMENTS: + Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of commercial/business experience in commercial supply in pharmaceutical, clinical trials, or life sciences industry + Preferred Fields of Study: Business Administration, Sciences, Engineering, or related field + 8+ years progressive business management experience including complex negotiations in a global setting + Demonstrated success in commercial excellence and sales operations + Leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams + Experience in global matrix management and cross-functional collaboration + Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities + Financial acumen and business planning expertise + Strong communication and presentation skills + Proficiency in CRM systems and business intelligence tools + Ability to adapt to changing environments + Project management and process improvement skills + Available to travel up to 20% + Fluency in English required; additional languages beneficial + Success in building and maintaining strategic customer relationships Thermo Fisher Scientific is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status.
