This role will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, leveraging tools like Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart to drive clarity, alignment, and execution across cross-functional teams. + **Required Qualifications:** + **Education & Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or related field. + 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in labs/imaging or healthcare IT. + Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart. + Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based architecture. + Strong understanding of HL7, DICOM, PACS, LIS, and RIS systems is a plus.
