About Job CTC Undisclosed Job Location Hyderabad/ Secunderabad Experience 3 - 5 yrs Description : Role Description: Configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting the Routing, Switching, Security, and DNS/DHCP/IPAM needs of enterprise customers. Install/Decom/Modify/Troubleshoot network elements remotely and in compliance with customer/ATT standards, as part of incidents, service requests, change requests, or complex change/project requirements. Coordinate with field support engineers and other stakeholders to plan and execute complex multi-phased changes to the customer network and troubleshoot complex issues involving the infrastructure. Inventory and documentation management including creating, updating, and maintaining. Interface with the customer architects, implementation managers, vendors, operations, other engineering teams, and account team members to gather requirements for assigned tickets. Providing customer communications and technical troubleshooting documentation when necessary. Skills Required: CCNA certified or equivalent knowledge in networking fundamentals. Experience in customer operations incident handling. Experience working in LAN, WLAN, VPN, MPLS, IPSEC, GRE, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP). Experience supporting Firewall and security incidents. Good communication skills and good analytical and troubleshooting skills. Skills Preferred: Working experience in Huawei, Zscaler, Palo Alto, and Cloud connectivity. Experience in interacting and effectively communicating with clients in complex high-pressure situations.
