Sr Analyst - Interoperability

And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary:** CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Interoperability Office team and oversee the use case intake process for our expanding programs around Interoperability, Strategic Platforms, Transparency in Coverage, and No Surprises Act. Reporting to the Lead Director of the Interoperability Office Command Center, with operational alignment to a Senior Manager, this role involves the management of release notes for multiple products, coordination of business sign off and approval, and overall monitoring of release schedule. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that impacts to product releases are communicated and approved. **Key Responsibilities:** **Intake Process Management:** monitoring the intake process and ensure stakeholders are reviewing intakes for business need, high level use case requirements definition, and stakeholder review. **Meeting coordination and notes:** tracking deliverables and next steps for use case management **SME coordination:** coordinating cross functional team participation in the use case intake and approval process **Business approval process:** tracking business activities and approvals for use cases **Communication and Training** : managing the communication and training around use case intake and approval process **Required Skills and Qualifications:** + Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (excel and spreadsheets, power point, Teams) + Basic problem-solving and communication skills + Organizational skills and attention to detail + 3-5 years of business process management + Experience working in databases. + Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and policies. **Preferred Skills and Qualifications:** + Experience with Quickbase + Experience with problem solving methodology **Required Education:** + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
