The position focuses on enhancing learning content to align with current training standards and adhere to updated brand and style guidelines. In this role, you will consult with marketing leaders and share recommendations that align with business objectives. Training content focuses on investment solutions for our financial advisor audience, primarily within web-based courses. Training content also includes videos, multimedia content and learning pathways. This role is ideal for individuals looking for an opportunity to grow as an instructional designer through practice and collaboration with highly skilled colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

Review training content for spelling, grammar and compliance adhering to strict corporate brand, style and disclosure guidelines. Consult with the marketing leader on design elements that enhance engagement and effectiveness.  In some cases, extensive partnering may be requested. Modify content in response to SME and other stakeholder reviews as part of a formal review process. This includes working with graphics, video, audio, and text to create a seamless and engaging advisor experience that is on-brand and drives business outcomes. Partner with the LMS support team to upload, test, and maintain course materials within the LMS, ensuring a flawless advisor audience experience. Produce utilization and completion reporting when requested.   Consistently adhere to compliance policies and guidelines as well as partnering and execution best practices and procedures. Work with the team to create and maintain best practices and procedures as well as identify and implement process improvements. 

Required Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate degree from accredited university. 3+ years of hands-on experience editing instructional design content.  3+ years of direct experience with highly utilized software: Articulate 360 Suite (Storyline and Rise) Adobe products including Premiere Pro and Audition Animated video (Vyond)  Excellent interpersonal partnering skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized and results driven approach to manage and thrive when supporting multiple deliverables, marketing partners and concurrent deadlines. 

Preferred Qualifications

Degree or Certification in Instructional Design, Multi-media Design or related field. Familiarity designing and editing graphics, layouts, templates, logos, and icons utilizing Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Familiarity with financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, retirement services
