Starting Salary: $75,000
Sponsorship: Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.

Hartford Hiring Initiative:
This role is a part of the Aetna Business Operations Hartford Hiring Initiative and offers additional developmental opportunities. This may include leadership exposure, networking sessions, and Hartford-based events.
This is a hybrid position with 3 days (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the Hartford, CT office location. The other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice.
The Sr Analyst, Operations Support works to:
Program Operations: Regularly collect and disseminate team and project successes through various communication channels, including SharePoint articles, Sway posts, Newsletter articles, and the new Teams site, enhancing visibility into team-driven capabilities and value creation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Create content (Newsletters, "What Have We Done For You Lately?" Communications, etc.) for our Center of Excellence teams within Service Operations, enhancing visibility into initiatives working for the business and regularly showcasing the value our team creates.
Identify Trends and Sentiment: Monitor and analyze community engagement to identify sentiment and trends. Provide insights that can be leveraged to influence and enhance culture.
Promote Success Stories: Regularly highlight and celebrate team achievements and milestones, ensuring that successes are communicated effectively to foster a positive and motivated work environment.
Foster Community: Serve as the Culture Champion for the team, actively promoting a sense of belonging and excitement among colleagues through engaging posts, polls, and interactive "Questions of the Day," ensuring all voices are heard and valued
Expand Communication Capabilities: If candidate possesses video production and editing skills, assist in expanding the communications portfolio to include video updates and vignettes for Town Halls and other team materials and meetings.
Work experience should include:
Written and verbal communications, plus video content
PowerPoints to articulate initiative strategy, progress, and results
Newsletter stories (via MSFT Sway) and other content
Teams content including videos, posts, and chats
Strong content creation Skills

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
