Sr Analyst, Digital UX Designer

And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summa** ry: Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in New York, NY: Sr Analyst, Digital UX Designer to design, deliver, and drive key user experience and user interface design activities across multiple web and digital platform environments. Resolve complex issues using application consumer products and design thinking to reach simple and elegant solutions within the scope of web development projects. Strategize on the vision, creating, process flows, site maps, wireframes, design assets, style guides, prototypes and working in conjunction with the developers to deliver industry-best digital experiences. Contribute to aligning product architecture designs and technology to understand the audience/consumers/customer demography and behavior. Analyze data obtained from user/usability testing and drawing conclusions/understandings to achieve benchmarks, or industry parameters and compliance while adhering to accessibility and standards set by the organization. Develop a working knowledge of customer journeys, personas and segmentation within your portfolio of value streams. Utilize user-centered design approaches to define the customer problem / opportunity with cross-functional teams to develop concepts, wireframes, and prototypes, through facilitation and hands-on work. Partner with accessibility, research, and content strategy resources to ensure solutions meet the needs of all users in order to iterate on design solutions based on research and analytics/metrics. Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality application design. Collaborate with business and technology partners to identify their needs and translate them into actionable solutions, such as roadmaps, journey maps, service blueprints, and prototypes. Facilitate design workshops to engage and build alignment across different partners and teams. Ensure solutions incorporate value to the user alongside business viability and technical feasibility. Convert insights from workshops into clear problem statements, product / service concepts that can be visualized, prototyped, and tested. Deliver innovative web and digital platform solutions which meet business needs and opportunities by integrating information, business process refinement, and technology. Identify opportunities to increase internal process efficiency by applying novel technology concepts to existing business processes. Work in a fluid environment, defining and owning engineering priorities that adapt to our larger goals, communicating effectively with business partners. Telecommuting available. - **Requirements:** Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology. Engineering, Design Management or a related field. Requires completion of a graduate-level course, research project, internship, thesis, or work experience in each of the following: Advanced design planning methods including phased deliverables, and audience implications; Comprehensive product development strategies encompassing value propositions, customer segments, partnerships, production sources, marketing strategies, and distribution channels valuable for UX research; Comparing and contrasting innovation versus speculation; Design comprehensive and innovative approaches to problem-solving creativity; Fast sketching and data visualization; Leverage data visualization and crafting narratives; Conduct research using interviews. focus groups. contextual inquiry. surveys. and questionnaires; Web application user experience design; and Develop wireframes and prototypes based on end user feedback and human centered design. Pay Range: $123656.00/year to $150000.00/year. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
