Position Summary

This role reports to the Lead Director, Editorial Operations and is responsible for creating multiplatform content and publishing across our internal enterprise digital channels. The individual will collaborate with team members from across corporate communications to help execute our editorial and channel strategy to drive colleague awareness and engagement.

In this role you can expect to support publishing intranet content via our content management system and distribute mass emails via Poppulo, support the team in monitoring shared mailboxes and facilitating responses, present ideas and plans to boost engagement with our audience and monitors metrics to gauge the effectiveness of existing and new tactics, and provide regular hands-on and backup support on our digital platforms and effectively uses internal digital tools to achieve specific business outcomes.

To be successful in this role the ideal candidate would have the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels, partner with internal resources and vendors to assess and resolve any technical challenges with channels have strong project management and organizational skills, balance competing and changing priorities and demands to deliver day-to-day deliverables while also working on longer term projects.

This work occurs in a fast-paced environment and requires occasional work outside of normal business hours.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience that includes writing and working in a complex business environment.Experience managing and facilitating content creation with a diverse group of collaborators.Understands digital platforms and how they enhance content.


Preferred Qualifications

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Advanced knowledge of HTML and experience with popular content management systems.Working knowledge of Poppulo, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Office suite.Understanding of internal communications best practices.Copy editing skills using AP Style.


Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $122,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
