Job Duties & Responsibilities: + Establish and implement AIOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. + Maintain and monitor APIs developed by the AI team to ensure high availability and performance. + Manage Python environments, Ubuntu OS, and package dependencies to ensure compatibility and security. + Automate workflows for model training, validation, and inference using CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools. + Design and manage orchestration solutions for AI workflows to ensure scalability and reliability. + Monitor model performance in production, detecting data drift and model degradation. + Design and manage pipelines for evaluating and deploying generative AI workflows including agent-based applications. + Monitor and optimize resource usage and associated costs for AI infrastructure and workflows. + Ensure secure handling of ML assets and API endpoints following security best practices. + Collaborate with DevOps and TechOps teams to align on infrastructure, security, and operational standards. + Create and maintain documentation for architecture, deployments, CI/CD, APIs, and operational procedures. + Lead and mentor AIOps engineers, providing guidance on processes and technical execution. + Implement robust version control for models, datasets, and code using Git and other tools. + Stay current with latest AIOps tools and practices, introducing improvements to enhance reliability and scalability. + Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge & Qualifications + Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science. + 6–8 years of experience in AIOps, DevOps, or managing AI systems in production. + Strong proficiency in Python, Linux (Ubuntu), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). + Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions). + Experience with MLFlow for experiment tracking and model management. + Experience with model serving tools (e.g. KServe, VLLM). + Experience with evaluation and deployment of Generative AI solutions + Strong understanding of versioning and dependency management for AI projects. + Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. + Leadership experience in guiding technical teams and mentoring junior staff. Preferred Experience: + Experience with orchestration frameworks for AI workflows (e.g. Kubeflow). + Experience with monitoring tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana) for AI systems. + Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g. CrewAI, LangChain). + Knowledge of vector databases (e.g. pinecone). + Familiarity with LLM evaluation frameworks and metrics. + Familiarity with distributed training and large-scale inference. + Knowledge of security best practices for AI pipelines. + Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
