Our client, a leader in Aerospace & Advanced Manufacturing, is seeking a Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering department supporting Ring Laser Gyro (RLG) and Tactical Guidance Products (TGP) production. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and collaboration abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer
**Location:** Minneapolis, MN (On site)
**Pay Range:** $50–60/hr (based on skills and experience)
**What’s the Job?**
+ Provide test and manufacturing support for Ring Laser Gyro (RLG) and Tactical Guidance Products (TGP).
+ Analyze yield and performance data to monitor process capability and drive yield improvements.
+ Apply CAMP, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies to engineering processes.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
+ Develop improvements in product design, manufacturing, and assembly.
**What’s Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in test and process engineering.
+ Experience with electronic assemblies and troubleshooting.
+ Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Corrective Action methodologies.
+ Must be a U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, under Asylum or Refugee status.
