Description
Develop and deliver monthly financial reporting packages for executive leadership and board review.
Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with global finance teams to produce rolling 13-week cash forecasts and weekly financial analyses.
Oversee operational accounting for the LSI business unit, including manufacturing cost analysis, inventory control, and overhead absorption.
Analyze LSI financial performance and provide actionable insights to the General Manager and Corporate Controller.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
Lead the global Hyperion financial consolidation process, including system enhancements and process optimization.
Manage month-end close activities, including journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, and coordination with international business units.
Act as the primary liaison for annual financial audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses to auditor inquiries.
Work closely with business unit leaders to identify performance improvement opportunities and implement financial strategies.
Provide technical accounting guidance and support for ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of the finance organization.
