SQORE Data Obfuscation and Security Tool Manager
Position Summary

You’ll work alongside talented professionals reimagining and reengineering operations and processes that are critical to businesses. Your contributions can help clients improve financial performance, accelerate new digital ventures, and fuel growth through innovation.
 

Work You’ll Do

Lead the deployment and integration of the SQORE data obfuscation and security tool organization wide.Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the SQORE tool, ensuring peak performance and reliability.Develop and execute comprehensive data obfuscation strategies to protect sensitive data assets.Ensure strict adherence to data privacy regulations and internal security policies.Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to proactively identify and address security vulnerabilities.Partner with IT, legal, and compliance teams to align data security initiatives with organizational objectives.Provide training and ongoing support to staff on SQORE tool usage and data security best practices.Serve as the primary contact for SQORE-related issues, troubleshooting, and inquiries.Maintain detailed documentation of data obfuscation processes and implemented security controls.Generate and present regular reports on data security status, obfuscation efforts, and risk mitigation to senior management.Act as the primary technical point of contact and coordinate with government stakeholders.Support program planning, analysis, and management of cost, schedule, and performance.

Qualifications

Required: 

Bachelor’s degree.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.Ability to travel 10-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve2+ years of experience supporting and implementing SQORE. 5 + years of experience in an Agile team structure. 10 + years of experience in Federal Consulting and/ or professional services. Ability to work fully onsite at the client’s designated location – Portland, OR. 

Preferred: 

Advanced proficiency in designing and managing secure data environments.Expert-level skills in implementing data masking and obfuscation techniques.Mastery in structuring and modeling data to support security and privacy requirements.Deep knowledge of data privacy laws, security frameworks, and compliance standards.
