Location: 2 days remote, 3 days on site per week in Philadelphia

ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain SQL Server databases, SSRS, and Snowflake environments.Perform DBA tasks including log management, backups, and restores.Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues related to caching, plugin conflicts, and site speed.Support reporting and analytics initiatives, including dashboard management.Assist with the migration of legacy hospital data to Snowflake and manage data conversion processes.Ensure proper data tagging and integration for analytics and reporting.Maintain SQL environments, including updates and version control.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility.Required Skills & Qualifications8+ years of experience in database administration, engineering, or related field.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Snowflake.Proficiency in report generation and performance tuning.Experience supporting AI/ML datasets (data cleansing, transformation, preparation for machine learning workflows).Hands-on experience with data extraction and migration processes.Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills.Excellent documentation and collaboration abilities.
