The SPS Global Marketing team drives digital transformation and marketing excellence across Turf & Landscape, Ornamental & Garden, and Professional Pest Management.
The Lighthouse programme identifies high-potential countries with low digital maturity, placing a dedicated marketing professional for 18 months to rapidly improve performance.
This role works closely with global, regional, and local marketing teams, plus external agencies. They want to grow to a 1b sales volume by more efficiency.
To support this mission, we are seeking an experienced SPS Digital Marketing Transformation Lead to significantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing investments worldwide. In this role, you will design and implement a scalable, data-driven marketing model that reduces waste, increases ROI, and strengthens digital maturity across regions. With a global overview, you will analyse markets across the world, identify opportunities for improvement, and help local teams adopt best-in-class digital marketing practices. You will lead high-impact campaigns, integrate AI into marketing processes, and turn insights into measurable commercial growth.
Some of your main accountabilities:
Lead global market analysis and improvement: assess performance across markets worldwide, identify opportunities, and drive adoption of best-in-class digital marketing practices.Design and implement the SPS internal agency model to increase marketing efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI across regions.Plan and execute high-impact omnichannel campaigns (global and local) that engage customers, capture data, and convert leads into sales.Integrate AI and data-driven optimalization into campaign planning, content, targeting, and analytics to maximise results.Collaborate across global, regional, and local teams to deliver consistent, high-quality marketing experiences and measurable commercial growth.QualificationsUniversity degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns in an international context (corporate or agency).Proven expertise in omnichannel marketing, paid media, SEO, social, marketing automation, analytics, and personalisation.Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence across cultures and time zones.Proficient with GA4, Power BI, SEMrush, SFDC Marketing Cloud and other digital marketing tools.Experience integrating AI and data-driven optimisation into marketing strategies.This role requires presence at the Cambridge office at least once a week.Additional InformationWhat We Offer
