Sprinkler Technician
**Job Title: Sprinkler Technician** Job Description We are seeking a qualified and motivated Fire Sprinkler Inspector to join our life safety team. This role is responsible for conducting inspections, testing, and maintenance of water-based fire protection systems in accordance with NFPA 25 and local codes. The ideal candidate will hold a NICET Level II certification in Water-Based Systems Inspection and have a strong commitment to fire safety and code compliance. Responsibilities + Perform routine and annual inspections of fire sprinkler systems in commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. + Identify and document system deficiencies, impairments, and noncompliance issues. + Conduct flow tests, valve checks, and alarm verifications. + Prepare accurate and detailed inspection reports for clients and internal records. + Communicate findings and recommended corrective actions to building owners and facility managers. + Coordinate with service technicians to schedule and oversee deficiency repairs. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NFPA standards, local fire codes, and industry best practices. + Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company policies and safety procedures. Essential Skills + NICET Level II Certification in Water-Based Systems Inspection. + Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in fire sprinkler inspection or related fire protection work. + Strong understanding of NFPA 25 and applicable local codes. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, system schematics, and technical documents. + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. + Strong verbal and written communication abilities. + Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspection sites. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $93600.00 - $99840.00/yr.
