**Spring Up (Experienced)** **Location:** Lenoir, NC **Pay:** DOE (Depending on Experience) **Shift:** 1st Shift | Temp-to-Hire A local furniture manufacturer in the Lenoir area is looking for an **experienced Spring Up worker** to join their upholstery team. This is a **first-shift, temp-to-hire** opportunity with potential for long-term growth. **Responsibilities:** + Install and tie springs on upholstered furniture frames + Ensure consistent quality and meet daily production standards + Work safely and efficiently in a team environment **Qualifications:** + Previous **Spring Up** or upholstery experience required + Good attention to detail and strong work ethic + Reliable attendance and teamwork skills **Pay & Growth:** Pay is **DOE** and will be **re-evaluated monthly** until permanent hire.
