**Job Description:**
**The Procurement Analyst Co-Op will support the sourcing and procurement lifecycle across various categories, including technology, professional services, and operations. This role will assist with supplier research, market analysis, contract support, data reporting, and competitive sourcing events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate procurement and supplier management.**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Assist in conducting supplier research, benchmarking, and market intelligence activities.
+ Support RFx development (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and analysis.
+ Help evaluate supplier proposals, cost models, and business cases.
+ Maintain procurement documentation, templates, and intake requirements.
+ Support contract reviews, SOW preparations, and redline tracking.
+ Analyze spend data to identify trends, cost-savings opportunities, and supplier performance insights.
+ Prepare reports, scorecards, and sourcing updates for stakeholders.
+ Participate in supplier meetings, internal stakeholder discussions, and cross-functional projects.
+ Assist with Coupa or other procurement system tasks as needed.
+ Provide general administrative and project support to the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement teams.
**Hard Skills (Technical Skills)**
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic modeling).
+ Experience with PowerPoint for business presentations.
+ Understanding of basic procurement and supply chain concepts.
+ Familiarity with RFx processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP) — preferred.
+ Exposure to contract terminology (SOW, MSA, renewals, amendments).
+ Ability to analyze data and interpret cost or pricing information.
+ Experience with procurement or ERP systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Oracle) — plus.
+ Basic knowledge of financial analysis (cost breakdowns, total cost of ownership).

**Education Requirements**
+ Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Operations, Engineering, Computer Science, Communication, Political Science or related field.
