**Job Title: Spray Dry Operator** Job Description We are currently seeking skilled Spray Dry Operators to join our team with three openings available. Candidates will work on the 2nd shift from 2:00pm to 10:30pm, with the potential for shift differentials after training completion. Responsibilities + Utilize computer systems and handle related documentation. + Fill liquids and powders into tanks with accuracy. + Use scales to measure liquids accurately according to formulas. + Operate a forklift to move products around the production floor. + Select appropriate tanks based on manufacturing requirements and batch size. + Pick required raw materials from the warehouse and ensure accuracy with barcode scanning. + Stage raw materials and add them to tanks following work order instructions. + Fill and pack orders according to sales requirements, ensuring accurate weights. + Follow GMP and safety guidelines and procedures. + Be open to cross-training and assisting in various departments. Essential Skills + Experience with GMP, batching, production, mixing, and compounding. + Proficiency in operating spray dry machinery. + Ability to retrieve and return raw materials to/from the warehouse. + Experience using ERP/handheld barcode scanners. + Capability to conduct cycle counting on raw materials. + Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Prior experience in food or GMP environments. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in warehouse settings or logistics. + Safety, respirator protection, and lock-out training. + Comfort with batch records review and GMP environments. + Experience in food manufacturing, compounding, and blending processes.
