**Job Title: Spray Dry Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Spray Dry Operator to join our team on the 2nd shift from 2:00pm to 12:00am, Monday through Thursday. This role involves handling various aspects of production, ensuring accuracy in measurements, and adhering to safety guidelines. **Responsibilities** + Utilize computer systems to handle related documentation. + Lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs. + Fill liquids and powders into tanks following precise measurements. + Operate scales to obtain accurate measurements of liquids. + Select appropriate tanks based on manufacturing requirements and batch sizes. + Pick required raw materials from the warehouse and scan them using barcode scanners. + Stage and add materials to tanks according to work order instructions, with potential forklift operation. + Fill and pack orders accurately according to sales orders using specified labels. + Follow GMP, safety guidelines, and procedures. + Be open to cross-training and assisting in different departments. **Essential Skills** + Experience in operating Spray Dry machinery. + Ability to operate a forklift, including stand-up and sit-down models. + Machine operation experience in a food or GMP environment. + Proficiency in handling ERP and handheld barcode scanners. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a warehouse setting or logistics. + Preferred experience in operating material handling equipment. + Familiarity with Forklift Safety, Respirator Protection, Lock-out Training, and GMP. **Why Work Here?** We prioritize our employees' well-being by offering a comprehensive benefits package designed to address health and welfare needs.
