**Job Title: Spot Welder Operator** Job Description We are seeking an experienced Spot Welder to join our team for the 2nd shift. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our spot welding processes. Responsibilities + Set up and operate the Amada Spot Welding machine. + Set parameters, load and unload sheet metal. + Run the programs and perform basic adjustments. + Assist in grinding and deburring as needed. + Stack sheet metal weighing between 15-50 lbs. Essential Skills + 2+ years of spot weld setup and operation experience. + 1+ year of blueprint reading experience. + Ability to lift 50+ lbs. + Proficiency in reading a tape measure and understanding tolerance. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to read blueprints. + Ability to perform shop math. + Prior experience in spot welding. Why Work Here?
